wow I’m back

March 1, 2010

I’m sorry i haven’t posted in such a long time but life has been very hectic on all levels over the past month.  My Granddaughter has been keeping me busy (or should i say my daughter as my granddaughter is no trouble at all), Also my BIL took very ill and passed away which has been a very sad time, funeral is on Monday so not looking forward to that.  And i have been busy with my Step daughters wedding invitations, which are now almost finished so i am taking a bit of a break.

Today i decided to have a play and do a challenge which is something that i haven’t had time to do in ages.

The one i decided on today is 365 cards and as it is the start of a new year for them it’s Day 1 again and today’s challenge is a Colour Scheme:

Here is my card using the colour scheme:

DP:  DCWV ‘Old world’

Image: Soft Pencil  ‘ Amy, Michu and Ratiny’

Medium: Copic markers

Adorable card, Jilly! The colors are really pretty and so is that image – totally CUTE! Love all the details – the sanded edges and faux stitching!!!
